Dr. Agnese thanks Gary Joeris for his seven-figure gift to the Capital Campaign. Hillside Residence II has been renamed Joeris Hall in his honor.

Gary Joeris, the president of Joeris Group Inc., recently made a seven-figure donation to UIW’s Capital Campaign. Joeris is a member of the university’s Development Board and his contracting company has long been involved with the physical growth of the university.
His gift was in response to his desire to show his support of UIW.
“We’ve been successful the past two or three years and were able to do it. UIW has been a good client, and we like the work that they do,” Joeris said.
In appreciation of his gift, the university has renamed the second hillside residence hall Joeris Hall.
